Our Favorite and Most Asked for Flavors *

Mango Saffron

We take fresh mango and make a not-too-sweet compote infused with just a touch of high quality saffron and mix this into our smooth and creamy buttercream filling. For an added burst of flavor, we add a dollop of the compote in the center.

Root Beer Float

We use a root beer flavored syrup in the shells, then add a “secret” ingredient to the buttercream that creates the taste and texture of vanilla ice cream. It really does taste like a root beer float!

Dark Chocolate Espresso

Using a high quality cocoa powder, we infuse a rich espresso powder into the shells. The filling is a dark chocolate ganache, making a chocolate lover’s dream macaron!

Pistachio Cardamom

We mix roasted pistachios with just a touch of black cardamom, adding a twist to an already popular flavor.

Earl Grey Vanilla

Using a quality vanilla bean powder and mixing it with Earl Grey tea leaves, the taste and aroma of the vanilla is enhanced.

Honey Roasted Fig

We take fresh figs, when in season, and roast them with local honey and other spices. Once nice and toasted and the sugar from the figs are nicely caramelized, we blend this into our creamy and rich buttercream. It’s not too sweet, but nice and tangy!

Salted Caramel

The surprise in our Salted Caramel macarons is the touch of homemade caramels in the center!

Roasted Pineapple

We take fresh pineapple and roast it with brown sugar, cinnamon, star anise and cloves. Once the spices have infused into the pineapple and the sugars have caramelized, we add this to the macaron filling.

Fruity Pebbles

For a fun twist on a popular cereal, we crush the cereal into a powder form and add it into the shells. We then add some into the buttercream, as well as a “secret” ingredient that makes it taste like a bowl of milk and cereal. We also add just a few bits of cereal to the top of the macaron for that added crunch!

Strawberry Rose

Using fresh strawberries and just a touch of home-made rose water, we cook up a delightful and delicious treat, with that perfect balance of sweet and floral.
